Shawn & Stephanie Nelson
CEO & Co-founders
The Story: In 2006, Shawn and Stephanie's lives were devastated by the tragic loss of their 24-year-old son, Jacob. In the wake of this tragedy, local community leaders united to create a hospitality house to support families experiencing similar medical crises. To the Nelsons' surprise, organizers unanimously voted to name the sanctuary Jacob's House.
The Vision: While they cannot change a family's destiny, they are fully dedicated to making a positive impact on their journey during life's most challenging moments.
