LifeNote 2017

LIFENOTE (9 am – 8 pm)

LIFENOTE is a music charity for children taking place at the Merc in Old Town Temecula, CA on October 28, 2017, from 9am-8pm. This event allows children to directly experience the concept of charity by their own hand, and to understand the feeling of giving back to one’s community using natural musical talents, with voice or musical instrument.

A $10.00 per person donation is requested and all proceeds benefit Jacob’s House Temecula (please note the Special Event from 8 pm – 9 pm will be an additional cost, please see the details below), which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit refuge for families of hospitalized patients in the Temecula Valley. Jacob’s House operations is based on community sponsorship and donations.

“Playing piano becomes more meaningful when I can share my music with people in need and bring them comfort.” – Tyler K.

“My favorite part of LifeNote last year was playing piano in front of families that appreciated my music and helping others that are going through tough times.  It made me feel great to be able to give back to the community. Jacob’s house provides comfort for so many families that are going through critical times.  I have been blessed and I want to give back to others who are going through difficult times” – Serena S.

Supporting Charity Through Talent

“Seeing fellow students come together to perform for a good cause really lifts my spirits.  It reminds me how helpful to the world I can be just by sharing something everyone loves: music!” – Kelly R.

“Performing at the MERC for Lifenote was a great honor, a rewarding and a learning experience as well. I had the opportunity to do something I love while helping Jacob’s House with their cause. It’s a great feeling to know, that what little we do, can bring joy and comfort to somebody else. Giving a helping hand in any way makes everything worthwhile and I would gladly do it again should the opportunity arise in the future”
