The first annual Gridiron Warriors Football Tournament held on November 26 and 27 from 8am to 8pm and the final games were played on November 28, 2010 from 10am to 6pm. The tournament was located at the Los Alamos Hills Sports Park in Murrieta and Lindfield Christian School in Temecula. The Gridiron Warriors Foundation donated $1,000.00 of the proceeds to Jacob's House. On Friday evening Shawn Nelson presented The Jacob Nelson Award. This award was given out to one player from each division who demonstrates the qualities of Integrity, Character and Heart.
