PHOTOS: Gridiron Warrior Jacob Nelson Awards

In June of 2010 the Gridiron Warrior Foundation donated $1,000.00 to Jacob’s House raised from their 1stAnnual Gridiron Warriors Football Tournament.  Founder and proud father of Jacob Andrew Nelson, Shawn Nelson presented the Jacob Nelson Awards to one player in each division who demonstrates the qualities of Integrity, Character and Heart.

This year the awards were presented to five very worthy recipients;

Jamison Senegal – Pee Wee Division

Nathan Guerero – Jr. Pee Wee

Brenden Cheung – Jr. Pee Wee

Seth Eaton – Mitey Mite

William Paredes – Jr. Midget

Gridiron Warriors Football Tournament: 11-26-2010

The first annual Gridiron Warriors Football Tournament held on November 26 and 27 from 8am to 8pm and the final games were played on November 28, 2010 from 10am to 6pm. The tournament was located at the Los Alamos Hills Sports Park in Murrieta and Lindfield Christian School in Temecula. The Gridiron Warriors Foundation donated $1,000.00 of the proceeds to Jacob’s House.

On Friday evening Shawn Nelson presented The Jacob Nelson Award.  This award was given out to one player from each division who demonstrates the qualities of Integrity, Character and Heart.
