Jacob’s House Incorporates and Appoints Board Members
TEMECULA, CA - November 1, 2007 - The Articles of Incorporation for Jacob’s House, Inc., a public benefit corporation, were approved by the Secretary of State of the State of California on August 16, 2007.
The Board of Directors has been appointed and will serve two-year terms. The Board Members are: Kirk Wright, Katherine Bailey, Christina Gamboa, Linda Mejia, Ralph Plumb, Bradley Waldrop and Martin Weiss.
The following persons have been elected as officers of the Corporation: Ralph Plumb,
President; Katherine Bailey, CFO & VP of Resource Development; Kirk Wright, VP of Strategic Planning: Bradley Waldrop, VP of Design/Development; Christina Gamboa, VP of Marketing/Communications; Linda Mejia, Secretary & VP of Program Services and Martin Weiss, General Counsel. Larry Joseph, Chief Financial Officer of the BetterWorld Together Foundation, will be processing the Corporation’s Applications for tax exempt status.

Jacob’s House is currently in the process of initiating a capital campaign to raise funds for its building design and land acquisition. It will be a home of refuge where families and loved ones of those in traumatic medical need can find hope, comfort, peace and inspiration. Jacob’s House will be a community resource dedicated to serving families in crisis. It will do this by providing a shelter for physical, emotional and spiritual support.
